Return Policy
Purchases of our Medical products may be returned within 30 days of the original order date if the item is unused and in brand new condition. A 20% restocking fee always applies. It is the customers responsibility to return the item at their expense. Product must be returned in the condition it was shipped, unused and in the original packaging. Do not write on the original packaging
Power Products, if new and unused may be returned within 30 days of the original order date. A 25% restocking fee applies to power products, as well as original freight costs. Customer is responsible for proper packaging to insure no damage during return shipment.
Refund Policy
- Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.

Credit card refunds will only be posted to the credit card used on the original purchase.
Please allow 1-2 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. If you made a purchase using a check or money order, your refund will arrive in 2-3 weeks of receipt of your return.
Note: If a package cannot be delivered for any reason other than carrier loss or damage, to the address you provided, or should you refuse the package, you remain responsible and hereby agree to pay for the order in full, waving any and all rights of chargeback.
